OFFERED FOR SALE: Vintage Decorative Brass Sad Iron Trivet with the three chain links Oddfellows symbol, Blacksmith Tools, and Carpenter/Draftsman Tools. The trivet is beautifully crafted and is made of heavy brass. It does not have a maker's mark, the age and origin are unknown. It may have been in a fire given the blackened back, and someone has cleaned and polished the top of the trivet, polish remains in the crevices and we have not cleaned it.

The unique trivet might have been a presentation piece, as we have not been able to find another like it.

Sold as is.

Condition: Good given its age and use, it's discolored and darkened from age, buying it has surface scratches, dings and nicks as shown. We have not cleaned it and it is a bit dirty.

The trivet measures 8 1/2" L x 4" W x 1" H and it weighs 14.3 oz.
