Sterling Silver Horn buying & Tigers Eye Bib Necklace

Super interesting modernist style bib necklace. The choker is made of thick sterling wire that is sturdy but pliable. Large white horn panel in the front which has a large tigers eye cabochon mounted in the center. The stone is set in a sterling silver bezel. 

Condition: Some natural patina on the sterling wire. Very good vintage condition with few signs of wear. 
***All jewelry is lightly cleaned and earrings are disinfected. Personal preferences vary greatly for the amount of patina on vintage jewelry, therefore I only lightly polish with a sunshine cloth as needed.

Size: Choker circumference is 14.5" (for reference, the model's buying neck measures 14" around the base), horn panel is about 4.25" x 3"

Hallmark: There is a V carved into the back of the panel. No other marks. Wire tests as sterling silver.
