O164 Obi buying Vintage from 1926 after King Tut

Created in 1926 after King Tut this Obi is a lovely example of tapestry work. It is Tan, rust, black and gold. It measures 12" in width and is 160" in length. This would make a great wall hanging as well.
An obi is a buying broad sash worn with a Japanese kimono. Its purpose is to secure a kimono and keep it closed. They can be creatively repurposed into handbags, totes, pillows and quilts.
