Has a hood. Drawstrings on the bottom of the jacket,at the waist and around the stow-away hood! A very awesome jacket and the color is excellent! Measurements were taken with the item laying flat and measured right to left. Measurements: Pit to pit: 27.5" Pit to cuff: 24" Front collar to waist: 33.5" Bottom of jacket : 25.5".
