This is a sterling silver brooch with turquoise insets in a round cluster pattern is marked on the back with “sterling” and “JW”. I'm not an expert in jewelry but it appears to be a handcrafted piece by Juliana Williams (Navajo; Southwestern jewelry designs). The piece can also be worn as a pendant.
