iPad Air 4th gen 256 cellular Wi-Fi model. Will not power on past apple logo. Sometimes it will power on. When plugged into power outlet sometimes it comes to apple logo sometimes it doesn't. When connected to a computer it works better as far as powering on however it'll stay only only the apple logo the keep power cycling. I tried to restore the software on it however the computer I'm using won't read it. I've tried 3 computers and 2 different cables. Not apple cables though. Though the cables I use have worked with other iPads before. The iPad has wear and tear on it. I don't see any major physical damage however I am not a tech so please buy at your worn risk.
