16 x 20 Hand Painted Great buying Dane

This 16 x 20 canvas is a hand painted and original portrait of a Great Dane. Black lines on a white background keep the painting bold, yet simple.

I started by painting the canvas white, then I drew the image on and painted it with rich, black pigment of a medium consistency, which gives the image texture throughout instead of just being completely flat.

My artistic eye chooses the particular points of definition to include in each painting of buying whatever subject I am given.
