Bohemian milk glass overlay cut to green X'S buying & O'S

buying Bohemian milk glass overlay cut to green X'S & O'S decanter. Only issue is male part of stopper broke in half and held together with clear tape shown in last 2 pictures.

Measures 14 3/4" tall with top, 4" widest diameter and weighs little over 2 pounds. Beside the top the decanter is in good condition for age. Make a great bud vase! Few spots shown on bottom came off with fingernail so definitely needs detailed cleaning.

Guessing made way before 1998. Cool old decanter!
