Brand new. Tried on once and meant to order a different size but realized it after I removed the tags. But I've never wore them after seeing I didn't fit in them.. These are everything you'd want in great warm up pants. The bottoms zip which I'd a must in warm up pants. Also has 2 front pockets and is a great fit for anyone that wears close to the size because it's elastic with a drawstring. The colors are simply awesome yet simple with the grey, white, and black. They truly look great. A loose fit but not too baggy. Extremely comfortable and great for fall since they aren't thin materials but a heavier material that isn't too much like sweatpants.
