Please read buying description carefully I purchased this as "New" but I noticed that my box was as follow: These box contains 46 pieces Some are new some seems like they were washed because they show like water stains but could be stains from hard water? I'm not sure. They are in very good condition for their age The plastic sleeves are not included unless you want them, some are ripped already.
