70s Trippy buying floral pleated kaftan

MATERIAL - Feels like silky smooth polyester
CONDITION - Excellent condition - the neckline is missing the ribbon/string that creates a drawstring neckline. Can still be worn without that ribbon/string but if the wearer desires the neckline to fit closer to the neck one would need to be added.
