If there is any defect in your item that wasn't there when we sent it out, we will promptly make a new replacement, upon getting the original back. *RETURN POLICY*:
Items being returned for a refund must be packed in the original box.
Include a copy of your invoice.
Clearly state the reason for your return in writing.
Items being exchanged for an identical item, must be in re-saleable condition, packed in the original box with a copy of your invoice. A full exchange will be remitted within 30 days of our receipt, subject to our inspection of the product.
