Used Nikon CoolPix P7000. Most owners carry this alongside their DSLR as a lighter alternative. This camera is great for beginners buying and advanced amateur photographers as it has multiple modes and settings to choose from. I've only used it 3 times and then left it in storage as I did not have the time to pursue my hobby further. It should have multiple firmware updates pending (can be retrieved from Nikon's site), so please ensure to update prior to use.
