This adorable Under the Sea dress is unlike any other. The special reason is in the fabric! This fabric was custom designed and is no longer available.

This dress features a fun sea horse bodice decorated with 3 under the sea matching buttons. The top part of the bodice features a matching ruffle trim. Two ruffle straps extend into the back bodice. Wear the dress crisscrossed or straight and tie into a bow! Two additional bows complete the sides. The top skirt features the beautiful main print in floral whale and octopus. Below is an additional skirt with a star fish border ruffle.
