Vintage Sterling Silver Ring with Trillion Cut and buying Round Stones

The face of this beautiful ring is 1" in diameter. The center round bezel set stone is milky white and it is surrounded by five triangular shaped deep brownish red stones that are bezel set, as well. Each triangle is separated by raised silver dots and tiny flowers. The sides are decorated by scrolls and the band is fairly thin and comfortable to wear. It shows as a size 5 on my ring on my ring mandrel, but, perhaps of buying the way it is made, it fits my size 6 finger. There is a hairline crack in one of the stones which is hardly noticeable to the naked eye (please see photo). Despite some overall signs of wear to the piece, it is still in good vintage condition.
