This is by far the most beautiful early children's chair that I have found! It has a ladder back and hand carved cross pieces underneath. The woven rush seat is outstanding and gives it a Scandinavian feel.There are a couple of breaks in the rush but it is overall in great condition and still quite sturdy for it's age. There is expected wear and chipping to the paint. It is in the condition as found. The chair measures approx 18” high to top of back 9” to top of front legs 14 1/4” wide 11 1/4” deep.
