100% Hand made and hand sewn. Made to order USING YOUR FABRIC. The brim is expertly structured in a sturdy base made of Extra Firm Pellon; double wired so that you can sculpt it to the desired shape and it will keep nicely. Top is hand pleated/gathered, and hand-stitched into the brim embellished with a custom hat band, and a cluster of three 8" feathers (limited to colors in stock), and this artist's choice of small accent feathers. Edge is finished in hand cut and hand sewn bias tape. This is not just a floppy flat cap, it is a highly structured and sturdy piece of millinery artwork. HIGHLY RECOMMEND that buying you store in a hat box to keep the brim from bending out of shape.
