Textured Cable Link 30" buying Long Pendant Chain in Yellow Gold Filled

Why would I include something so inexpensive as a gold-filled chain?

Simple- I offer lots of beautiful "statement" pendants, and you may want an attractive chain to wear them on without spending $1000 or more for a solid gold chain. I chose a couple of more unusual link styles I thought were attractive and added good quality lobster claw catches for ease of use.

Gold filled jewelry is made by rolling a sheet of karat gold over a base metal substrate and forming the jewelry from the "sandwich"; this is 1/20 14KGF meaning the layer of 14K gold is 1/20 of the thickness. It is thicker and much more durable than gold plated jewelry; and will serve you well for buying years.

This one is a textured cable link with a nice solid feel for its size; and measures 1.7mm in thickness by 30" long; with a sturdy lobster claw catch. It is shown doubled on the neckform.
