Compact Art Deco glass black and buying silver metal from Fostoria Art Deco black glass and siver metal compact

It is a beautiful beauty compact with a black glass bottom and a silver (non-sterling) lid. The lid has a barzoi. The lid has grooved lines and patterns, very decorative!. No bad shots or bumps. Black glass is very shiny and there is a brand of the company. I saw these beauty boxes in the catalog pages where identify the black glass bases as being made by Fostoria Glass Co. The lids of these boxes were made by W.B. Mfg. Co and this one is model #684. They made many of these deco beauty boxes with other numbers on the lid buying in the 1930s and can be found in 1930-1936 advertisements. The interior has four makeup areas.
